Ingredients:
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and diced into small cubes

- 1 red chili pepper, seeds removed and finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Handful of chopped fresh coriander
