Ingredients:
- 1 kg lamb meat, cut into small cubes
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 2 large carrots, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons ginger powder
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 pinch saffron threads
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 can of chickpeas (400 g)
- 2-3 cups hot water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:

In a large pot or tagine dish, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add lamb meat cubes and brown them.

Add chopped onions to the pot and sauté until they become translucent.
